The first thing you notice when you arrive at this location is that it is a quiet neighborhood, a secure and gated facility with cameras all over the place. The hallways are clean and lit up with plenty of push carts to use. I have been using this facility for a few years and it is worth the money. John the manager keeps the place in order. My storage unit is an extension of my home. After experiencing two robberies at Public Storage in Colma, and putting up with their appalling lack of security for too many years, I was referred by one of my neighbors to John Garcia at Security Public Storage, 99 Hyde Court, Daly City. I have been there for several years now, and I couldn't be happier. The facility is clean and secure, and that is very important, to be sure! But John Garcia is the #1 reason I continue to enthusiastically recommend SPS. As someone who used to hire and supervise employees myself, I can say, without reservation, that John Garcia would be any employer's dream come true. He genuinely loves his job; he is extremely loyal to his company, and even praises them on his own time. And John's level of superior customer service is unsurpassed. From the first day I met him, I felt welcome and valued as a client. John took the time to explain everything, and even walked me around the property. He later talked me into a second storage unit, when he sensed that I might need one. I don't like to pay online or mail a check.. I like to use each payment as an excuse to drop in and say hello to John, in person. His smile, pleasant personality, and professional competence, make my day and make me a customer for life.
