The PA that I saw was exceptional and the only pleasant part of my experience. Since then it has taken me no less than 6 phone calls and 3 weeks to have medications called into the correct pharmacy, and now 3 months later after having been told by both the front desk and office manager multiple times that I was receiving a bill due to a system error, it will be taken care of, I now find out they billed the visit incorrectly so now I have they pleasure of sitting on the phone with my insurance to get it taken care of, as they will not. At least I assume they will not as they were supposed to call me back yesterday and surprisingly have not yet. This kind of service frustrates me to NO END, and you expect me OVER pay for it due to your continued incompetence?
