Dennis and Matt at California Pre-Cut Homes helped us every step of the way:  From coming up with the idea for the project, to getting the drafting done, to working with county plancheck corrections, to a timely delivery of a building package (which was easy to put together).  Everything worked exceptionally well and they were able to deliver the package in 4 months from start (before anything was sketched) to delivery of the package at the job site.  We were able to finish the rough framing in a matter of weeks.  For comparison, this was *one year faster* than our previous experience with a different pre-fab company!
