Jody Stowers did an amazing job of managing our property as well as making the repairs and upgrades that were necessary to prepare it for re-renting.  He was always very responsive to our requests and allowed us to be as involved in the rehab process as we needed to be, even though we are in another state.  He was able to manage the work and get it done weeks ahead of schedule and on budget.  Without his efforts we would not have been able to keep our home.  He found us tenants in advance of the move-in date and worked with them to make sure that the home met their expectations.  He has a genuine concern for the owners as well as the tenants and does a fantastic job.
