> Throughout the last 10 years I've studied Aikido at several schools in Sacramento and the San Francisco Bay Area and found The Davis Aikikai to be an excellent professional dojo offering an extensive curriculum of technical instruction including empty-handed techniques, meditation, weapons training, and Iaido.Under the supervision of an experienced teacher, David Birt Sensei (6th Dan), students are enabled to explore the many facets of Aikido and discover it's power both on the mats and in our everyday lives; personally, the experience has been transformational.
