> This doctor refused to issue me a contact prescription even though I paid for his services. He wanted to force me to buy my contacts through his office and insisted that I get a pair of glasses. Just wanted to take advantage of my blue cross insurance. Also, insists on making people wear soft, disposable contact lenses for months.I had a horrible experience because he also refused to bill my secondary insurance and charged me when I should'nt have had to pay.
