The cabinets are just beautiful our family just loves the new kitchen. Greg & Joe were extremely polite and helped us answer all our questions through email and phone. They were very upfront with everything and made us feel real comfortable. The price was not the lowest we got but the quality of their workmanship was very good. We visited 2 homes of other past clients they did as reference. Their kitchens were also very nice and had nothing but good things to say about the them...The only thing that we didn't like was that there was a lot of dust from the fabrication of granite and the cutting of the wood floors. At first they cleaned up a bit, but i had to kind of clean up a little more by myself. I didn't mind because its my house and i am responsible obviously but i feel the workers could have cleaned a lilttle more then they did. I told greg about this and he gave us a $100 credit for the inconvenience, we said it wasn't necessary but he insisted, he also said he could send a cleaning crew but we already had cleaned up...The workers very nice and polite, just the cleanness was not the best on their part..., but its a huge kitchen remodel so it cant be perfect! Our new appliances look great with our new cabinet color, we were hesitant on this, so Greg went and gave us a door sample that we took to pacific sales to match with the appliances, we glad he did because we are very picky about color coordination. This other company tried to charge us $45 for a small door sample, which was not appreciated at all. Maybe $5-$10 is reasonable but wow!!! are you serious $45 for a small little door!!! All in all the quality and service were very reasonable. If you are hesitant about a ktichen remodel, just speak with greg hes very knowledgeable and he can give you a long list of references to call to get different opinion , that really closed the deal for us. They were the cheapest around and I now know why. They are very cheap quality cabinets and I had to have installers come out 4 times to fix things. The installers left doors open all day letting bugs in my house and also left cigarette butts in my house(GROSS). Greg N who is the person i dealt with during the project seemed unconcerned for this bad quality and kept saying the problems i was having were normal. some of the problems were pits in the grouting that had to be fixed 3 times and the cabinet drawers sticking also fixed 3 times. Attention to detail was lacking in every way. The only good part of my experience was the granite counter top. I had specifically asked for certain cabinets with trash cans and such and they were not given to me. When I asked about the problem with it Greg told me that if i really wanted that I needed to make sure it was on the invoice. In short I could go on for hours with this but basically the attitude from Greg only got worse once the final check was cut. Trying to get things fixed is impossible and basically I ended up with a low quality kitchen for $10k. these people will take advantage of you if you give them the opportunity. Greg has also been removing reviews from people if they are not good reviews he complains to websites such as yelp to have comments removed instead of just accepting the fact that he needs to change himself as a person and business owner.... STAY AWAY!!!!
