> I take all my cars to Affordable, I only let Mike or Frank work on my cars. I have never had a problem with them. I am so very happy with the service I have gotten there. Their front office person Nicole is very nice and helpful. I have recommended this shop to all of my family and friends. Frank is the owner and is very honest and very helpful. I have had from oil changes to brakes and a transmission replaced. They have saved me lots of money. Thanks very much.

> I brought my car here to replace the clutch and wow. They seemed super friendly and willing to help but I'm afraid the car is somehow more broken. They kept insisting on doing the alignment when they were finished but I refused it since I have a lifetime membership with another company. Well the other company couldn't do the alignment because it was so badly put together. They thought I had been in an accident. I have now been waiting for two months for them to call me back in relation to a part they were supposed to order for me. Today, I'm calling to say don't bother although I doubt they have. I've never received a call back from them. I've had to be very proactive about trying to contact them. They were willing to do the job for less then other shops but if I had known the headache that would ensue, I would have gladly paid more to begin with.
