The Representative explained all the coverage's in detailed and actually cared about making sure I was being covered correctly. I would definitely refer this agency to all my friends and family, I have not received customer service like this from an Insurance Agency in a LONG time. I am glad there is still good agencies that are looking out for you and not see you as another dollar sign. You will find much lower rates with a different company. All that you will receive from this agent is higher rates that are justified by offering personal customer service. If personal customer service means taking advantage of your customer at every opportunity and penalizing them when they leave for much better rates and services then this agent really delivers.
