Doing all kind of dental works from deep cleaning, root canal and crown. I always treated with respect honesty and concern. Dr. Ali is very knowledgeable sincere  and passionate  about what she do. Dr Ali is extraordinary and really cares about her patients. The office is equipped with current technology and you just know your pearly whites are taken care of. Before going to this office I did not have any pain. Now, I have pain every day. I went to their Downey office and was seen by Dr. Zocoria(Dr. Z) and Dr. Crockett. Dr. Z said that I needed inlays. Less than three weeks after the inlays were placed, they cracked out of my mouth. I?ve gone to other dentists and I?ve been told that the work was done negligently and now I have to have additional work donethat I did not need before going to A Beautiful Smile. My insurance company investigated found that they billed the insurance and me for services that were not perform. This is the worst experience I have ever had in my life. They are also ignoring mine and the insurance?s request for a refund. They have failed to give me my Xrays despite numerous requests. The staff is just as bad and very pushy. They said I needed nightguards. They must have given me someone else?s night guards because they did not fit and popped out of my mouth all the time. The assistant said that they could not refund me for the nightguards because the, \"office could not lose money\".
