I called him out on it and he gave a curt insincere apology ... so I was not too happy with his demeanor... JJ went out of his way to purchase a hamburger patty for me from Carl's Jr. across the street because I hadn't eaten all day and as a diabetic I had to get something in my stomach if I had to wait any longer to meet with the finance manager. I would give a 5 star review but for the demeanor of the finance manager, Juan Lugo... Abraham Garcia and JJ (Jan) are 5 star representatives. The dealership is impeccable including the restrooms. I traveled from Ontario, California to Downey for my Titan SV and I am so glad I ventured outside of my immediate area. Downey Nissan beat out the Costco fleet dealership I was referred to by at least $6,000.00 dollars... it may not be appropriate for every sale but I got an excellent deal...
