> the land lady of imperial properties does not know how to speak to client. on occasion, she speak in a nice voice but on a difference occasion, she insult her tenant. while it understandable that being self-employed can be stress, the land lady never admit anything. making profit is one thing but insulting tenants and not admitting kind of draw the line. since the rent is very reasonable and the properties is very peaceful, I guess I had to stick with her un-professional business conduct until I find another properties that had a peaceful neighborhood. on the other hand, the land lord and the assistance is more professional than the land lady.
