Customer service is a foreign concept to these people. They are only friendly to lure you in. Once they sold you a pair of glasses and frames which they also overcharge, you're on your own. Good luck trying to get them to even fit the frame and glasses for you when you come to pick them up. Never seen this before at any other stores and I ve been buying and wearing prescription glasses for 25 years.","rating":1,"date_published":"2013-07-12"}]}
