> I have always received perfect service and food well prepared. Kristin ManfelCortales had often been my server and I'd wait to get served at her station. As a regular , she often anticipated my needs and made useful siggrstions.When she was cooking I was sure to get my food well done and served promptly.I have eaten st Norms restaurants since the 1960's. My. Only complaint was that there was none closer. Now I feel at home and with employees like Kristin Mandel Corrales I will continue to eat there.Diane Ybarra. Patron since 1956

> Obnoxious waiter.  Keep on asking me "is everythng OK?" many times, like answering once is not enough.  Is the food here that crappy and they got so many complaints about the food that they worried so much and has to ask again & again to re-assure them that the food is decent?  The food is just average, nothing special.  But would rather go some where else where I can eat in peace and not be disturb.  Obnoxious people.
