> I went to get some tires changed in the Sears in Downey, California and it took five hours. Then they come out and finally told  me that they do not have my tires in stock. All I wanted was to get my tires changed and the manger in charge gave me such a negative attitude. Sears is a great business, but they really need to change there manger in this place to run even more successfully.
