> I went through the drive-thru and ordered my drink.  My 6 year old niece asked me for a hot chocolate so I ordered her a tall hot chocolate.  When I hand it to her she tells me it tastes nasty.  I didnt look at the drink until i came home.  They gave me a cup of creamer with some flavoring in it.  I went back (with my receipt) and asked if they could refund the drink because it was not hot chocolate.  When I get back home they refunded it for a child cocoa (mind you that the  barista had my receipt).  Not only did i have to drive back once, when i call they tell me i have to come back.

> I walk into a starbucks and I order my usual viente peppermint mocha frappacino with no whip cream and chocolate on top. I pay for it and everything is cool. Then the guy making my drink made my drink too small. I kindly told him that I payed for a Viente. He fixed it but didn't put the chocolate on top. I kindly told him about the chocolate. He responds with "It doesn't come with chocolate"I told him that I ordered it that way and he repeated himself trying to argue with me. Finally after 10mins of going back and forth the guy at the register corrected him and he fixed my drink. I could understand if he made a mistake and fixed it but to argue with me, that's not cool. I'm the customer, you're supposed to give me what i ordered, not argue with me.
