> I don't know how these guys are still in business.   Mari Mujica is flat out shady.  If this was our first time buying a house, we would have be taken to the cleaners.  To anyone who is doing business with Sun Daisy Escrow, be prepared to help them learn the escrow process as well as to have additional fees thrown in on signing without any explanation.  We were dealing with a short-sale and needed to close.   We signed docs with the intention to file a complaint to the DRE.   I contacted Sun Daisy many times, particularly Mari Mujica, after closing regarding additional fees, only to get the response that, "At this point since the file is closed, it is now forwarded to upper management and they will have further contact with you."  We have never heard anything back.  I will be filing a full complaint with the DRE and have plenty of e-mails to show how incompetent Sun Daisy Escrow is if you are interested.
