> It's a nice place to live. Very quiet. However the rent keeps going up very quickly. One year my rent went up by $300 a month. This year if I want to stay it's going up another $200 per month. On average it's going up $100 to $200 each year.  If you can afford that kind of rent increase go for it. I really cant afford it anymore.
