They can not even perform simple tire balancing in one visit. I had to take my car from very busy schedule and theymade me wait for three hoursfor simple 6 months rotation and balancing service. The sales rep told me the car Iis fixed and good to go which I found Iit after a week on freeway that car has gone worst than before on front wheels. I called in on next staurday to get it fixed quickly. The rep named mike tells me that he can not look at my car before t hours.and told me its my fault that I am calling him on a busy saturday and told me to bring it on next saturday or durig the week. I am really disappointed at them....first they do a bad job, and instead of realizing it they treat you as it was your fault.....yes now I realize that it was a mistake to go there at the first place!!!!! *10/8/2013 via Direct* --- **borderline** - 1/5 > I have been a happy customer for 20 Years and have spend thousands of $$ with them. OK, how about a new one?Big-O: You will need two (2) new tires!
