> On the 29th of June 2008, I filled an application to secure a storage space from this company, upon getting my belongings and having the movers bring it into the selected unit (133), we discovered left over boxes from past owners I assume and a dead MICE!!, I did not check to see if it was more than 1 mice. I hurried up and went to the office before they close at 4pm since it was 10 minutes to 4pm. I was assisted by Bryant and he agreed to refund my money back. My wife and I decided that we would not use them based on this experience. Bryant was unable to complete the refund process and advised me it would be taken care of the next day 06/30/2008. On 06/30/2008 Bryant called me and left a message on my voice mail stating that they would refund my money less the administrative fee of $14.95. I called back and spoke to his manager Jeanette and informed her that this was not acceptable, where I have to pay them for a facility that was not up to standard. She insisted that they would charge me the administrative fee and told me that also they had to pay Bryant over-time for me holding him beyond the 4pm close time. I would not recommend this business to anyone. I advice Jeanette that she would be hearing from my bank and the better business bureau and she said I should go ahead. Very Disappointed Customer
