After relocating, I was reluctant to start the process of searching for another dental facility...the team is as important as the doctor. Must be beginner's luck because we struck a gold mine! We appreciated the short-notice, hassle-free scheduling along with no wait upon our arrival. The state- of-the-art facility is new, clean, & comfortable. The brilliant exam room wall murals add to the relaxation (along with a blanket upon request). Dr Yen is a rock-star! She is cordial, meticulous, gentle, conservative, and well-versed in her field. Her work ethic and dedication is shared by the entire team. Our family was greeted with a warm, genuine smile by Elizabeth. Her helpfulness in explaining our benefits package and reasonably-priced payment options were delivered without pressure and with convenient choices. Our treatment plans were in our control. Abby and Lauren are the epitome of quality customer service. They provided professional, insightful, high quality service and capable assistance before/during/after our consultation & treatment. Their flawless teamwork with Dr Yen and Melody (Hygienist) is commendable. Melody is considerate and articulate in her work. Comfort is paramount throughout this facility and Melody delivers her craft painlessly and efficient. She adds the sparkle to the whole of the team. Although we have not yet had the pleasure of meeting Carla, we can't imagine her being any less pleasant, genial and accommodating. Kudos to the entire team at Eastvale Smiles Dentistry.
