> The tile installer had a license, insurance, references and pictures of work.  I provided the material.  the installer did not properly set the tiles.  The floor was uneven and loose tiles. They agreed to help demo and reimburse the cost of the wasted material and then walked off the job mid demo.  I contacted them several time and they simply ignore my calls and emails.  I do not recommend this contractor.  Im out $2500
