The person I spoke to was very helpful and courteous, which I appreciated as I was very anxious.  Bernard the technician arrived in a timely fashion.  He has a very professional demeanor, and is extremely personable - my Yellow Lab adored him.  He put me at ease immediately, and after a thorough assessment of the problem, he explained exactly how he was going to fix it and what the costs would be.  Bernard worked with great efficiency and within a relatively short period of time, the work was completed and thoroughly tested.  The cost was quite reasonable and the work of high quality.
