CPL gave me a time frame as to when they would arrive and that I would receive a call 30 mins prior to them showing up. Richard showed up on time and was very pleasant. I explained what my problem was and he listened and explained what he was going to do to help find my leak. It took him less than 30 minutes to locate my leak and tell me what I needed to do from there.
