We went contacted this dealership since we bought our last car here and it was such a wonderful experience. Victor Leamon reached out to us and was so helpful. Answered all my questions on the vehicle that we saw online, took all my information (since it was a different rep than who we last worked with) and welcomed me down anytime. He conveniently communicated via text message too which was fantastic. We finally got out there and everything was so smooth sailing. When buying a used car there are so many variables that determine what kind of experience you have. For us it definitely helps that we are very happy with the car. But East County Pre-owned superstore and Robert especially deserve some credit as well! The good stuff: Robert (the Internet Manager) was a great sales person to work with. No pressure, no tricks. He did everything right in my book. I was a little nervous but sales person convinced me to purchase this wild black baby. The whole buying process took around an hour and i am happiest driver on the road. My salesman find a very low apr on loan. Only 5% apr with a credit history for less than a year. Great experience.
