> Mitchell Property Management at Glenn Mitchell Realtors has managed my property for over 15 years with the most professional care and skills for keeping my home rented with very little vacancy.  I have another rental property not in Mitchell Management's service area, and the management company in that location does not provide the same services I've come to rely on from Mitchell Management, such as full financials and annual tax forms, property inspections, and overseeing contractors, etc.  Jennifer does a thorough check when accepting renal applications. We experienced only one renter in 15 years who did damage to the home. Jennifer and her staff acted promptly to litigate further damage in a professional and responsible manner.  I highly recommend Mitchell Property Management. I wish I had a management company with the same capabilities and knowledge in the location of my other property.  The Mitchell staff inform me immediately of any issues, hire only licensed qualified contractors, and make sure the home is always in top shape for the renters ensuring their safety and high standard of livability in our rental.  It's a real pleasure to work with high-caliber professionals who honestly care to provide the best service to everyone including their renters.
