They came out and the guy was friendly enough but after they had started cleaning the van I received a phone call from the owner, while they are outside my house.  She said they had made a mistake and they needed to charge us $30.00 extra because the van is extra dirty.  Now I would not have a problem with this if they would have said something BEFORE they started or if my van was extra dirty but it was not.  I reluctantly agreed to pay $15.00 extra.  The guy cleaned for awhile and came to tell us he was done.  I quickly looked it over and it seemed ok.  When he left and and I had a chance to really inspect it, it was filthy.  I used a magic earaser on the inside of the door and in about 5 minutes it was black.  I called and spoke with the owner to complain and she said she understood and would come out and fix it herself.  She scheduled the appointment and called 20 minutes AFTER the time of the appointment to tell me she needed to reschedule!!!!  When the appointment finally came, it was not her that came to fix it but the same guy who cleaned it in the first place.  When I showed him he forgot to clean the seatbelts with his carper cleaner he told me he didn't have the truck with the carpet cleaner today!  Not worth one cent of yours.  Save your money and go somewhere else.","rating":1,"date_published":"2009-08-07"}]}
