They keep promising early delivery and after about two months of their promised time living room furniture arrived after we had to call them a bunch of times. When the furniture arrived to our surprise it was not the same custom piece we paid for. When we inquired about the furniture the lady Rossie kept saying we were wrong and when she realized she was wrong she kept promosing that she would fix it and to our surprise seven months later we still did not have the cushions that we special orderred. After 100's of calls she kept saying she would go to my house and we would never answer the door. Lie... mi wife is a housewife so shes always home then again lies. I paid for my funiture two weeks ago and said they would bring it by Saturday and nothing they said they would being it on Tuesday... And nothing... they said they would bring it on Thursday AND Nothing!!! I personally went and told them when their going to bring it and they said at 6 and I waited and waited and it was 11 p.m. and they never came!!!! How irresponsible, unprofessional, and rude! I don't know how they have customers. I will never in my life buy from them agian or never recommend them! So frustrating �������������������� & they deserve NO stars!!!
