> Fairmont Elementary is not a community based school for all races and ethnicities.  There is a kindergartner teacher there who lacks skills in culture sensitivity.  She passes unfair judgments of certain kids learning capabilities according to their racial background as well as her likeness of the child's parents'.  The principal does not fully support certain parents' in their quest to receive a fair and equal education
