> PROBLEM: My ink jet printer's "print head" stopped working properly.CAUSE: The printer manufacturer indicated it could be the use of "third-party" ink. Cartridge World indicated that it could simply be a faulty print head.RESOLVE: Cartridge World replaced my ink (retail value about $60) -- even though:1) The majority of it was gone due to the excessive "clean print head" procedures I performed trying to trouble shoot the problem; and2) It was purchased outside of their 100% satisfaction guarantee time limit.CONCLUSION: In this case Cartridge World stood by their product enough to say "We don't think our inks caused your problem. To prove it to you, here's a full set of inks. Give it another try and let us know how it goes."Well, so far so good. I'm giving their ink another try and will let them (and you) know how it turns out.

> I know I can save my cash when I purchase my inks from Cartridge World in El Dorado Hills.  I know I am helping out the environment by purchasing my inks from Cartridge World.  The quality is superb, the service is excellent, and I know if I get a product that I am not satisfied with, they will replace it with no hassles!!Save time, save money, save our planet, shop at Cartridge World!!

> I don't understand why anyone would buy new ink after visiting Cartridge World.  Their refilled ink lasts as long as new ones, it much cheaper and saves the environment.  It is not even a question for me.  Plus I get satisfaction from knowing that I helped out a small family owned business.
