> Never use Clean Cierge!  Not only will they mess up your clothes but they provide nothing but excuses and beg for your business.  They ruined a few shirts and returned my pants many times smelling of mildew from their machines.  They have a total lack of quality assurance and will not step up and make the situation right.  I have spent many calls and hours over the past year on many occasions explaining that I need my clothes.  I trust them for a simple task of cleaning my clothes and returning on time.  I would say that 70% of the time things are done on time and correct.  But the 30% of the time when things have gone wrong it has been an epic fail that has resulted in me paying full price and having to bear the burden of being patient and moving my schedule around to accommodate them.  I have been far too forgiving and I am finally cutting the chord.  DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I HAVE.  AVOID THEM AT ALL COST.  It will only bring frustration and anger.  Go to your neighborhood dry cleaners that you trust.  CC's websites states that Their Promise is: “To provide our clients with the highest quality dry cleaning and laundry services in the most convenient, secure and affordable way while being friendly to the environment and helpful to our local communities.”.  I promise you that they fall short.  Their business model appears to be convenient but ultimately i have never been so frustrated and disappointed.  DO NOT FALL FOR IT!  They are expensive, unreliable and lack accountability and customer service.  You have been warned. #lessonslearned
