The agency fails to take responsibility for their own errors saying that even when they enter incorrect dates the customer is responsible for catching these errors and correcting it.   My elderly friend recently requested a 10 day round trip ticket to Mexico and they keyed in 1 day instead and they never verbally confirmed or checked this with him before ticketing.  When he realized the error a day later they said he would have to pay the $150 reticketing fee because he had signed the paper with the incorrect date.   A terrible thing to do to any customer but an 86 year old retiree on a fixed income is beyond comprehensible.","rating":1,"date_published":"2012-08-05"}]}
