> Very poor businessman, talks a good game, but no truth to any of his stories. Promises a whole lot, when time come to honoring his word there is always some excuse. Keeps your car for to make it seem like it being worked on. Then gives it back the same way, and blames the mechanic. Charges u for thing's that have to be fix when he's selling the car to you, I do no my pice of crap car has more class, than the owner ROBERT GARCIA will ever have. Con, fraudulent, gypsy
