They were on time, friendly, swift about getting me back into my place, and courteous enough not to comment on the state of it.  Best of all, unlike the string of smarmy Eastern-Bloc types (sorry, Russia!) whom I've dealt with before, they were upfront about the price, and didn't gouge me for a Saturday rate.
