Management, Staff& Maintanance are all wonderful. I like the Online feature that the Apartment offers for the 'Schedule Maintanance' a lot. I can choose an option to list it as an \"Emergency Maintanance Issue\" or 'ASAP' or w/in '48hrs' (or however long I can't exactly remember ����). The Manager; Cindy, & the Assistant Manager; Christina., are both absolutely wonderful. They are active in the apartments community & they go above & beyond the 'typical management's' duties & responsibilities. I've noticed that they know the residents by name! Which, come on now., that's awesome! They really take the time to get to know everyone, which I find very sweet. Moving on to the actual apartment complex review - the apartments are Quiet (except for the Damn Drag racers out & about all the damn time!). Even tho they, the drag racers., are a bit obnoxious at times, the fact that i have  experienced nothing but Friendly people &  neighbors. (I lucked out with my neighbor(s)., they're absolutely wonderful people!!) I can't really hear my upstairs neighbors too much, so they did a pretty good job with soundproofing lol. The exterior of the complex has been well maintained. MY apt.unit, is in pretty good shape (I give it an 8/10..). However., I think the layout of INSIDE the unit is silly. The builders definitely could've utilized more space inside each unit., such as countertop & cupboard space is a bit scarse. But overall, it's a pretty nice place to live. :)","rating":4,"date_published":"2017-03-04"}]}
