Their store is always well stocked, and their staff is very helpful. My mom and I both always ask for Justin. Love him! They put the tip on crooked and sanded the ferrule (plastic support under the tip) down to the shaft to match the tip. The clerk saw it and said who ever repaired the cue obviously did a bad job. He also said that he would call me after he talked to the owner. My wife called them a week later and they said the owner was at the store and I could talk to him about the problem. I got to the store about 20 minutes later. A clerk came out and gave me the cue and said they repaired the problem. The tip was repaired however the ferrule was sanded down even more. How can you sand the plastic part of the cue down to the wood and tell somebody its ok, really. I asked to talk to the owner (Deon), however the clerk said he was no longer there. She also told me the owner said that the cue was fine and there was nothing else he could do for me. WOW, how professional is this. He wouldn't even come out and talk to me. In the last I have gone to the national chain pool store on Laguna Blvd. and their solution to many problems was to drain the pool and start over. Never done that due in large part to all clear. Today my pool is "All Clear". This is my first pool and they educated me on how to keep the water clear and clear moving forward. They also fixed my pool sweep charging only for parts and it works awesome now!
