> Secretary was very helpful in searching for my mediCal card # on her computer because I forgot the card @ home. My x-ray tech was thorough &amp; did a great job, I appreciated the quick turnaround because I’m in pain due to my fractured &amp; separated bones.

> My wife &amp; I were scheduled to see our 5th baby at an ultra sound which also reveals the gender (Diagnostic Radiological Imaging Elk Grove). It is always a fun exciting time for us as we get to do together. It wasn't until we got past the front waiting room and into the back when they wouldn't let me (husband &amp; father) in. They said that via c- rules that they are not allowed to be with people for longer than 10 minutes (saying that it was transmissible after 10 min.) and I wasn't allowed and that would cause more c- problems via regulations. After 35 min (which is longer than 10 min. my wife was still in there) she still wasn't allowed to see the screen (measuring the baby) they said I was allowed to come in. Then they turned the screen (by the way the tech said they couldn't turn the screen before) they showed us a 30 second fast forward images of the baby. Both the adviser and the tech had attitudes, especially the adviser overseeing the tech. My wife called, she wasn't happy at all about the whole situation was denied access in letting me be there with her. The front desk was clearly not interested in hearing my wife's concern, my wife shared that they need to let people know ahead of time that the husband or a 2nd person wasn't allowed since we made work arrangements and got a baby sitter so that we could both be there (including wait time 2 hours). The front desk expressed little concern were not interested in sharing it with future customers. It's unfortunate but please voice yourself, call and take your business to a company that is full of employees that actually want your business!

> Very nice clean and spacious facility, seems very pleasant and they are very warm and welcoming not too much paperwork to check in just the highlighted areas and seems in respect to all that’s going on they make sure to ask important health questions due to the pandemic of today’s corona virus just all together a professional setting. I would refer anyone to this particular facility.Very pleased with my ultrasound and the accurate accounts of my appt im ready for appt no.2 a more in depth genetic counseling/ultrasound. This is a all star facility I felt right at home
