> Elk Grove Wireless is not and authorized apple, android or Samsung repair center. Having them repair your cell (which I don’t advice) cancels your warranty. The manager is also very rude and he smelled of alcohol. All they wanted to do was scrap my phone which still worked fine and sell me a overpriced used phone. Stay away.

> They say they "maintain certified technicians" which can't be farther from the truth! Elk Grove Wireless Repair tried to rip me off on a simple repair, insulted me, damaged my  phone and voided my iPhone 6's warranty! Rude, unprofessional and untrained staff. Stay away!
