> After meeting and discussing my needs, Kary went to work and found me the perfect location. After seeing the place and discussing the terms of the LOI with him, Kary totally disappeared! I emailed him & left him messages, but never received ant response back. The listing agent kept calling him, but no response back! I decided to find me another agent, but he listing agent insisted that Kary was entitled to the commission. I don’t know what happened with Kary. The last time we met to discuss the LOI, we were fine with each other sharing family stories. If you are looking for a good real Estate agent that may leave you stranded, Kary is the perfect one for you.
