He is not eligible to practice law as of 12/16/11. members.calbar.ca.gov/fal/Member/Detail/217467 It looks like he was reinstated on 2/16/12. We paid him to file a bankruptcy in 2010. The bankruptcy was never filed. We have requested repeatedly for him to file or return our funds. All we get is the run around. We have a complaint on file with the CA Bar that is being investigated. Please file against him if you've had money stolen from you too. A slap on the wrist is not enough. He needs to be disbarred!
