Verified the day before delivery the address was correct and everything was set. They tried delivering the furniture to not only the wrong house but the wrong city all together. They never called to say hey we screwed up. I called them and was told "yes, when I set the order it populated the wrong address and I just didn't pay attention." So I went to reschedule delivery and was told I would have to work around Lazy Boys schedule and they would only deliver to me on a Thursday no exceptions.
