Very unprofessional.  They tried to pull the old bait and switch. They quoted us one price and when they got to the house tried to make us sign for hundreds of dollars.  Brought the wrong equipment the first time and then did not reschedule for 4 days.  The night before the next appointment they called and left a message canceling due to an emergency.  When I called to reschedule they never called me back.  When I called later in the day they set an appointment for later that evening.  When they arrived they tried to make us sign for several hundred dollars again. They left without ever doing any work.","rating":1,"date_published":"2009-17-12"}]}
