> I own a very unique property which backs to a lake in one of the most desirable parts of town. I used to manage the property myself because I did not want anyone messing with my stuff. Initially, Majestic Property Management found me a tenant and I managed the day to day rental activities myself. I was so impressed with the quality of the tenant and the meticulous tenant screening they did, a few months latter I gave Majestic full management duties of my gorgeous home. I entrusted my baby to Majestic because they are a very hands on manager that pays close attention to all aspects of property management. I thought I was a great manager but Majestic is even better giving me peace of mind and freedom knowing they are taking care of business for me

> As a real estate investor,  the “numbers” are very important to me. I want to know exactly where I stand with my income and expenses. Most property managers provide disappointingly simplistic financial reports which leave me unimpressed. Majestic Property Management, on the other hand, provided me in-depth accounting and financial data. Upon request, Majestic gave me quarterly cash flow statements, year to date income and expenses, 12 Month Budget Comparison reports, Year over Year comparison reports showing income and expenses this year compared to last year, a Property Comparison report showing the operating results of all my properties side-by-side on 1 report and   forward looking projections based on historical data for my properties. If you are an “analytical type” like me, don’t accept mediocre reports when you can get in-depth reporting from Majestic

> I purchased a foreclosure at an Auction and the occupant remained at the property. I could not persuade them to leave but Majestic Property Management did.  Rather than go the standard eviction route, Majestic explained to me the benefits of cash for keys. Majestic negotiated a settlement with the occupant that saved me thousands of dollars and I got my property back in a week without damage or missing appliances. If you are an in this situation, call Majestic because they get the job done and save you money!

> I was using a low cost property manager thinking I was saving money. Come to find out, it cost me much more to work with them than I thought. I did not realize how much I was losing with a discount management fee company in terms of vacancy time (2 or 3 months of lost rent), turnover cost (replacing carpet, paint, blinds, etc) and eviction cost on my overall return. I switched to Majestic Property Management because of their superior management. I was told Majestic was the “most expensive” company in town. In reality, however, Majestic delivered the lowest cost overall, even with their higher management fees, over the long run taking into account evictions, turnaround cost and vacancy time. Majestic rents my homes in 2 weeks (not 2 months). I never had an eviction with Majestic and my turnaround cost is minimal. Majestic proved that I was far better off to pay more for high-quality management in order to save money overall on my investments.

> When one of my rental properties went vacant,  I shopped around for a property manager and was shocked at what I found. Most companies did not answer the phone, did not call me back for 3 to 4 days and had an attitude that I was bothering them. If they treated me like this before they got my business, I can’t imagine how rudely I would be treated if I signed up with them. I am pleased to say that Majestic Property Management, however, was different. Majestic answered their phone, promptly returned my call the same day, and was friendly &amp; very professional. They went in-depth explaining their services and sent me an information packet over the Internet. Majestic seems to be right sized; not too big to be unresponsive but big enough to get the job done. I’m glad to have Majestic manage my rentals because they really do “Treat  Me Like Royalty”.
