Are you kidding?  Lame, I've decided to find a different ups store to use.","rating":2,"date_published":"2013-21-02"},{"author_name":"joellebeane","review_text":"Mailbox Service was extremely expensive, the rate for a Medium Box for 6 months is $192 that is a lot.  My husband renewed the box for me and when I found out (the next day) that I can get a USPS Box off Williamson Drive for $105 bucks the second largest box, I was ready to go for a refund, BUT BEWARE that on their receipt it states clearly that  their mailboxes are NON-Refundable, NON-Returnable and NON-Exchangeable! Even their Service Agreement states that so be very careful when signing the contract.   I have used their service for many years...  They did ask my husband if he wanted a smaller box, but he didn't want to make that decision for me (Im the one that signed the contract).  I don't get any  mail that is worth this price.  I do ship packages and I realized I can easily change the return address on future shipments, all of my vendors send my bills to my home for my business.  Even a Small box from the USPS at $75 bucks for 12 months will do! I get greeted as I walk in the door and the associates do everything that they can to help me with whatever I need. Sometimes I don't even know what I want or need and they are always so kind helping me find it. I have used them to ship and pack fragile items from my grandmothers home when she died last year. They made sure that everything go there in one piece (including some very fragile blown and spun glass peices). I will be using them for any service that they offer even if I could find it for cheeper. The quality of product and service here is outstanding.","rating":5,"date_published":"2010-26-02"}]}
