> Someone who's been doing this 15+ years should know to inform or educate their client to understand the outcomes of different choices. But that was never the case. So not only did I loose the interest rate the mortgage payment increased because of that and also most importantly pushed back our closing date. During this "closing" process Christina was unavailable when important documents were due. One week it was her birthday next week it was vacation. Then when everything was almost done she goes to Mexico. She was never  available to finalize documents in a timely fashion. So bad in fact the sellers agent had us sign a demand to close/perform due to passing the closing date! Not only did this put my loan in jeopardy. The seller now has the right to cancel the contract and pocket the $1000 that I had to put down to show we were serious about the house. Such negligence!This was such an unprofessional relationship from the beginning. From Christina not coming down one time to meet us personally, To having someone else show us property that wasn't even a licensed agent, having the sellers agent send threats to my agent for missing deadlines and being late on submitting paper work, all the hidden and untold fees that you have to pay including a $100 fee for a class my wife and I both have to take, the $35 job verification fee, the  appraisal fee , the house failed the appraisal that cost $550 for the bank so I had to pay $200  re inspection fee, I'm just holding my breath and waiting to see what other fees pop up. The complete lack of competence to produce in a timely fashion is unbelievable! It's one false hope after another one week then another now 3 weeks past the date of closing and we are still signing docs and waiting with no support or help or even communication from the agent. Horrible customer service!
