> My husband and I went to the Movie theater and after decided that we wanted  a romantic   dinner so, we decided to eat at Chevys on the water in Emeryville. When we walked in we were not greeted nor was there anyone to seat us. At this point we should have left but we didn't want to drive to another location. We were finally seated and the waitress didn't come take our drink or appitizer order till we were ready to take our dinner order! We were starving so I told my husband it's ok let's eat and go home! We placed our order and our dinner didn't arrive for an hour and it wasn't Hot! I usually come here for dinner and order the sizzling fajitas but the platter wasn't sizzling or hot! The Waitress didn't refile our beverages or ask if we were ok till we were finished eating which we didn't eat much because it wasn't hot! I asked our waitress to please get the manager since we couldn't ourselves we didn't see a manager since we walked in. The manager didn't take too long to come. She didnt tell us her name nor was she wearing a name tag. We explained the problems that we had from the time we entered and she didn't  say sorry as a matter of a fact she defended her staff as if i were wrong. she didn't offer anything for our horrible time and she should be fired from there! like i said my husband and I go there often and we never seen that woman before so she must be new and the company made a huge mistake hiring her because my family and friends have been notified of this matter.
