She is a dancer too, and so knows a lot about what to look for in a pointe shoe. And the staff there is very friendly and very knowledgeable about their products, especially the pointe shoes. I once went there to buy pointe shoes and they didn't have my size in stock - the woman helping me knew exactly which other stores carried my shoe and called 3 other places to find the shoes for me. I've never shopped in a place that will do whatever it takes to fulfill your needs, even if it means sending you to another store.
