D.","review_text":"After  purchasing the body contour/laser lipo  I did not feel they knew what they were doing.  After half way thru my 8 sessions they learned that the lipo belts were not to be placed tight around my waist ....they were suppose to be placed lose. I was not measured throughout the sessions as I was suppose to.  At my last session, they did not measure me to see what the total results were, and not even a follow up consult to discuss my process.....all they were interested in was me signing up for another 8 sessions.   I was really disappointed in the results but on impulse signed up for another 8 sessions....the next morning I had regret doing this so called the salon to cancel.   I left a message for Susan who was in charge of this, never received a call back after several calls to the salon regarding a refund.   To this day, 2 months later no one has contacted me or refunded my money.     Do Not Go here all they want is your Money.","rating":1,"date_published":"2016-07-04"}]}
