> Wow! I'm thrilled. I was pretty much resigned to the idea that my macbook pro was a lost cause after spilling wine on it a few weeks ago. After a visit to the apple store and contacting several other mac specialist sites and getting a few (ridiculously expensive) quotes I took my laptop to PC Repair Center without any expectations. Burak (sp?) called me a couple hours after I dropped it off on late Thursday afternoon and told me he thought it was fixable and what needed to be done for a fraction of the prices I had been told by others. It turns out I didn't need a whole new logic board like many others had told me. He was very friendly and positive, but I didn't want to get my hopes up too much in case it turned out that it wasn't repairable. By lunchtime Friday they called and said I could pick my laptop up! My only regret is that I didn't bring it in sooner because I would have relieved a lot of unnecessary stress! Thanks guys!
