> This comapny is nothing but a scam! I got my phone bill in and had been charged 50 dollars from payment one for 888mmyzipcode.com. I called these zip code people and they told me that one of my employees gave them authorization. I informed them that I own my company and no one else can give authorization. They said that the employee (which I only have 1) told them that they could make business decisions for the company and they ok'd it. I called this employee and he remebered them calling and told them multiple times he was not interested. When speaking to the"account manager" they said they could not refund me for services rendered, and then had the nerve to try and continue to sell me their services! I told them I wanted a higher up and they told me that "everyone was busy and even after I'm on hold for a very long time I will be told the same thing." I took this as being told that I was going to be left on hold. I ended up hanging up. If this was a larger sum of money I would get legal council for this. I wonder how many of us this company has taken for money that they will not refund.

> SCAM! I was charged $99.90 for a service I was recorded stating "I do not agree to be billed" After talking with the very unhelpful account manager I was told I would not receive a refund. SCAM! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

> This company is a SCAM!  Don't let them rip you off.  I saw a charge on my AT&T phone bill for $99.95 from Payment One Corp. as a 3rd party billing on behalf of 888MYZIPLOCAL.com (otherwise known as eBridge of Encino, CA).  I disputed the charge, and was told by the customer rep that I had authorized the charges, and that they had a recording of me doing so.  I told her I had done no such thing, and that even if I had spoken with someone from their company, that I never authorize anything over the phone, and especially not 30-day free trials!  She said all they could do was cancel the service, but they could not refund the charge.  I called AT&T about it, and they were able to reverse the charge back to eBridge.  Do not even let this company record your voice.  This is a SCAM!
